  1. that grip tip REALLY helped me out today. Shot a 47 37 today from the Black tees at my local club today. The 37 included a double bogey a birdey and 7 pars. Definitely the best 9 I have ever played in my life. I was hitting my approaches a lot straighter and my drives werent fading as hard and were giving me a chance to get my irons in position. Can’t wait to keep working with these ideas!

  2. Short video but great info; especially regarding the “maintaining weight inside of the right leg” (for right handed golfers) to produce a more powerful leg drive through the ball. *10 thumbs up*

  3. Every good tour player turns their back leg straight on the backswing. Look at Tiger Els McIlroy Hogan EVERYONE. Keeping ur back leg flexed has been debunked many times. Dont listen to that part of this video.

  4. Actually, pros do not straighten their leg on the backswing. Look closely how their knee stays flexed, which is what helps them drive through the ball, clearing the hips faster than ams. I’ve “studied” Tiger’s, Phil’s, Rory’s, Sergio’s, etc swings and this is all the same.

  5. The easy answer to this is X-factor. Anyone who has at least 30-40* more shoulder rotation than hips in the take away will create enough club head speed to crank it deep.

  6. Very true you just have to make sure the sequencing is correct though lol, I have 145 degrees of shoulder turn with about 45degree hip turn. Although lately ive just been sliding my hips toward the target creating no speed at all.
