I’ve heard Arnold Palmer, who I greatly admire, say that you need to keep your eyes on the ball. However, today I heard Hank Haney say something very interesting. Something to the effect that , “you look at whatever you need to look at to hit the ball”. When I’m teeing off, whether it be with a driver or an iron, just before I sweep down the club head, I focus on an area just before the ball. This seems to help me hit “through” the ball and not “at” the ball.
The robot voice is really annoying.
