1. One inch longer = 1-2 mph faster swing speed. There isn’t a huge difference so if (and apparently it is) the club is much longer it isn’t only due to the shaft being longer than standard.

3. Hi mark, I struggle with tempo, my practise swing is perfect but put a ball there and I attack it from the top with my arms, causing OTT, I’ve had loads of lessons and its now down to my tempo please help! Kev

7. Tried this in 3, 5 and 7 woods and the 7 got the ball off the deck a lot quicker than the 3 and 5

8. Looks like the ball should be on the tee. Even on the vid that club looks too long. I reckon it would be like swinging a jousting stick. An inch can make a lot of different in a mans club.

12. Ive been on the callaway & ping websites & the x hot shaft is 43.5 inchs & the anser is 43 inchs so only half difference in length not an inch as u said mark

13. I would like to have seen a side by side launch angle, spin rate, and distance from the 15 yeard old war bird and the x hot. Just to see what the new and improved numbers are.

17. Hi, I compared the pro with my titleist and both are the same lenght. Could it be that only the not pro version is longer? Could you do a review on the pro version? as always congrats on your program, Cheers!!!!

18. If reviewing a club you should be talking about the shaft as well. this standard stiff shaft is very regular and the length is a little confronting for a 3 wood. Having said that, the club is solid off the deck and tee. The shaft is designed for distance not control.

19. I’ve just put the x-hot fairway 13.5 degrees into my bag. I was getting between 265 and 290 yards off the launch monitor; which convinced me to buy it. Took it out this afternoon and was hitting it as far as my mate was hitting his driver on a couple of holes. I absolutely love the ball flight and the Project X Velocity shaft is a winner. Super club.

23. I have owned a Titleist driver for many years and I am very pleased with the distance and accuracy I get with my new X Hot Driver.

24. This club is really a beast. I tried the rockets 1 ,2, and nike covert woods. None of them was even close to the distance I was getting with this wood. I hit it lightly 250yd and cranked it up and hit it 283 from the deck and it was just a 5 wood. I almost hit it as far as my covert driver at 298, so I’m definitely investing in this club. I would recommend demoing this club, callaway got it right this time
