  1. cant carry a bucket of water and my clubs round the course it will be too
heavy, if everyone is dropping buckets of water then the green will be
    pretty wet

  2. lol everyone says this thing about water but how do we know which way the
water is gonna go if we don’t know which way it breaks with those short
little putts if we don’t know which we it breaks? it’s like a continuous
    circle.

  3. If you can’t see the break, the break is not large, however it cannot still
prevent your ball from going in. A tip if you can’t read the break on the
shortest putts. Aim straight down the cup and be firm. Practise hitting 2-3
feet past the whole, or even more. The ball will go through the small break
if there is one and drop. LEt me know if it helps 🙂

  4. I must have watched every one of these videos at least 5 times. Just
fantastic, can’t wait for the next one.

  5. Never really understood the side arm reach back. This video explains it
    well. Thanks Ricky and Infinite!

  6. I am terrible with my run up when throwing side arm. I don’t think I’ve
been keeping a good angle on my forearm either.

  7. My biggest issue has been angling my arm to adjust the shot instead of
angling the disc. I know what I’m going to work on this weekend

  8. Ricky did teach me right away, that my wobble issue came for gripping too
loosely. I adjusted my grip as he suggested and have seen marked
    improvement.

  9. I started playing as a dominate sidearm thrower, but stopped focusing on it
after I couldn’t add anymore power to it. I’m eager to break my elbow on my
reach backs and see if it really will give me more distance.

  10. Full extension of the arm when you reach back, forearm always parallel with
the ground. Dang, I’m pumped to work on this stuff and finally get that
    forearm shot I’ve been needing!

  11. Some good tips. Gonna have to get out and practice. Definitely called out
some flaws I know I have despite being a decent FH thrower. Thanks for the
    vid guys!

  12. I have recently been working on getting a longer reach-back on my
backhands, and have seen an extra 50 feet pretty easily. Not as
consistently yet, but certainly there. I’m excited to stop in my forearms
and see how much I can improve my reach-back there as well. Ricky sure has
one of the best sidearms in the sport!

  13. Totally agree with Ricky…. I see that most people do not bring their arm
fully back… basically they’re torqueing the shot with a short swing from
just the side. I’m not sure but I would think that would be more stress on
the elbow. Also… fully bringing your arm back and following through flat
should maximize consistency… in addition… under windy conditions it
should give you more control of the shot.

  14. i never had a problem with throwing it into the ground, sidearm came so
naturally to me and i have only played for about 4 months, longest drive so
far is 420ft, no crazy wind. Love sidearm, but i can not control backhand
or aim it to save my life.

  15. Been trying to add the forehand shot to my game the last few years. While
it’s been improving slightly, I think this reaching back more tip will
help! I still have problems with a wobbly release, I understand a tighter
grip should help but it still is an issue for me…

  16. I got to watch him play a few weeks ago at the Arizona open. Hes a beast
and seems very quite on the course. Watching him in videos hes so nervous!
Awesome video and I hope I can see him play again! One of my favorite disc
    golfers.

  17. I love ricky as a disc golfer don’t get me wrong… But everyone is saying
that he is nervous in this video… He is coked out look at his eyes and
wait to hear his sniffles. Black bags under his eyes. He can’t even finish
a sentence without interrupting somebody or even making any sense. And he
is telling all of the players in the clinic that they are doing well and
they haven’t changed anything. He is nervous because he is sped up. Great
    player though

  18. It’s like listening to mayweather reading a promoter lol sounds like Ricky
    is nervous lol

  19. I was doing so well on my forehands for a long time. And then it started to
get worse, and it’s because I stopped reaching back and was throwing across
my body. Glad I watched this, it’s stuff I already knew, but you need to be
reminded of stuff like this all the time.
