Creating separation and dissociation between the upper and lower body is key for a quality golf swing. In this video Brandon Harris Co-Founder of Premier Fit… Video Rating: 5 / 5
Here is a great exercise for T-Mobility and creating separation in your
golf swing.
Excellent Brandon When we did this routine last week I really felt the
separation in my chest and back, great routine!
Actually this is a terrible exercise as far as golf is concerned. You’re
training the upper body to turn while keeping the lower body passive. What
you need to do in the golf swing is to turn the lower body, while keeping
the upper body passive. It’s the legs and hips that lead the swing.
If you can come up with an exercise to train the lower body to turn while
keeping the upper body passive, then you’ll have something.
