yeah I started out having troubling with controlling my anhyzers and also my hyzers would just go to high and get eaten up by the wind. My friend taught me this a while back and it worked! Now I’m trying get my forehand/flick shot down without rolling them into my local creek lol.
good and simple video!
Fifa 07!!
I usually do a bit of the waist action and a bit of changing my grip (for example, moving my thumb closer to the edge for an anhyzer and closer to the wing for a hyzer). Thoughts?
I have heard of others using similar techniques, most notably Michael Johansen on the Discraft grips video. He says he moves his thumb around to control the amount of energy put on a given throw. Not something ive experimented with much myself. Thanks for sharing though I will prolly try it next time Im out practicing. Cheers
appreciate the vid, very imfomative. I think the model is a great vsiual. Thanks again!!
great glad to hear it, thanks for watching
Good points.
I always tell people:
Hyzer and Anhyzer is what _you_ do to the disc angle.
Turn and Fade is what the disc does.
I like that, I might have to steal that from you. Thanks for sharing and thanks for watching.
Does this put extra strain on your back if you are leaning backwards during your release? I am just wondering because this technique seems great and it would be a new one for me to try. I also believe that your demonstration was helpful because sometimes watching fast paced tutorials of players will screw your game up when you are trying to mimic their technique. Great job and keep the vids coming, thank you.
Not that I have noticed but I cant say for sure it won’t add strain to your body you will just have to try and see. Thanks very much for the kind words and thanks for watching. Cheers
Good info man. I thought it was a good idea to use the little sketching model too.
thanks very much, thanks for watching
Who uses GameCube?
Great video. Great demonstration. Great idea of using the model. Just looking at the video I didn’t want to watch it, but after watching it was beneficial and very informative.
I used to use the GameCube, but it broke, do I got a used ps2
It didn’t want to read the discs anymore
Right on, well thanks for watching and thanks for the kind words. Glad it was informative. That is really my only goal here on my channel is to make videos to try and help people out. Not really concerned with fancy visuals or music or any of that stuff.
nice vid explaining it!
thanks!
