  6. just destroy a club, it really helps. ( for a moment ) but then your are angry cause you destroyed a club

  7. When I get angry during a round, I get my driver & see how long I can balance on my palm, head end up, while playing typical circus music in my head. Had to do this 4 times just today. 

  8. Make a funny face as much as you don’t want too. Or have something really awesome to do afterwards so you can just say, ‘whatever funk this round, im just going to have fun.’ Idk thats just what I do.

  9. My rotator cuff is fully torn in my right shoulder and I am still able to swing my driver 102 mph. Also is there any other exercises that will strengthen other parts of your shoulder. Thanks

  10. I used to do this exercise with baseball and the trainer had us use towels. He said it can be injury dangerous without the towel. So he had me do the same exercise just with a rolled up towel as a spacer between the body and the elbow
