  4. Great video. Thanks Shawn. Quick question. Is the “Y” pendulum also the same setup I want for green side chipping?

  5. Freaking awesome Shawn. I’ve had one putting lesson (due to lack of interest of instructors) and that quack didn’t cover a fraction of what you covered here. Thanks so much for the great video!

  6. Grace and peace to you from God our Father and the Lord Jesus Christ – TRUST JESUS – LIVE FOR JESUS CHRIST and you will have everlasting life !

  7. Thank you man! Make sure you see my 2 latest ones called “read your putts right shawn clement” and “putting focus shawn clement” All the best! Shawn

  8. Hey Shawn, after watching your vid the day before, today, I went out and shot my PB.. The difference , putting!!
Your vid, is brilliant!!! Logical, easy to understand and implement… I am a beginner, and it helped me no ends to have a basic strategy in playing the greens.. It’s funny, it’s so simple, almost obvious, yet, your ideas truly work…
Also the rest of your videos which I am beginning to go through, all appear to simplify golf.. Sincerely thank you..

  9. I love comments from people where the light bulb goes on; thank you for sharing!! Shawn

  10. Thanks for the great instruction on which muscles to use when doing the putting stroke. This really makes the stroke so much smoother and repeatable. The explanation you give of getting the weight of the arm club unit “under the shoulder sockets” really helps to keep the putter head on its natural line. Keep up the great work!!! It’s truly appreciated!!

  11. Thank you for the informative instructions; you’ve shown me a new path towards improving my game. Thanks!

  12. Thank you Shawn! You have finally shown me why I’m off plain. My arms where too far away from my body!!

  13. Shawn, it seems that the amplitude of your putting back-swing is smaller than that of the up-swing. It’s not a symmetrical pendulum. Is that intentional? And if so, why? Erwin Petersen

  14. Hands should be slightly forward, hands lead (no wrist) with right shoulder pushing through.

  15. Hey guys, started a blog to chronicle my journey to become a scratch golfer. If you could please take a second and just give it a look, I’d appreciate it and hey if you enjoy it, please come back! Thanks, site is bluecrew27 . wordpress . com

  16. Are shoulders square to the target at address. Mine are always slightly open. If I square then it’s awkward.

  17. what you are lining up to the target is the flow of momentum; not body parts; see “fine tuning the putting stroke shawn clement”, “putting focus shawn clement”, “perpetually putting shawn clement” and “read your putts right shawn clement”

  18. :/ good tip for Chipping !! pitching is 60/40 depending on length of shot longer shot less weight on front foot

  19. this is one of the best videos on pitching - thanks for posting it. I’ve been working on getting rid of the chip/pitch yips and getting on the left side has been a big fix for me.

  20. I’ve been keeping my hands in front of the ball so I don’t pick it clean or thin or fat. I did this drill and hit great compressed full wedges. Thanks
